Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between liver function and stage of hepatic fibrosis. Methods There were 27 rabbits involved in this study. Carbon tetrachloride was injected intraperitoneally to make the model of rabbit liver fibrosis, then the changes of hepatic pathology and markers of hepatic biochemistry were observed, respectively. Results Hepatic fibrosis was obtained in the specimens of livers. ALT/AST,A/G,ALB,ALT were statistically different in result of liver function test. Conclusion The stage of hepatic fibrosis could be evaluated by liver function test objectively.
