The Research of Prgnant with Anemia During the Past Decade

Objective To explore the anemia situation in pregnant women during 1999-2008.Methods Randomly collected the pregnant women medical record data and information in the years of 1999-2008.Analysing the incidence and the correlation of pregnant women anemia, anemia causes, anemia degree.Results The pregnant women anemia incidence is slightly reduced in the decade, the incidence of mild anemia relatively stable,but the moderate and severe anemia prevalence decreased gradually. Severe anemia was less. IDA is more, followed by MegA, but IDA was reduced and MegA was showed an increasing trend year by year.Conclusion In the period of 1999-2008,the incidence of maternal anemia was slightly reduced ,but the incidence of mild anemia was not changed, and the incidence of moderate and severe anemia was gradually decreased. IDA incidence is decreasing, MegA is increasing.
