With more than 120 years of development,students' affairs administration in American private universities has become perfect and mature and is characterized with professionalization,with definite ideas and targets of administration,clear administrative systems,scientific and democratic administrative methods.Human-based concepts of student-enteredness and service for students' study and development are embodied in every aspect of students' affairs administration.Compared with this,students' affairs administration in the private universities of our country,even with some features in some aspects,still lags behind in targets,systems and methods of administration.Hence,our private universities should earnestly adopt the human-based concept,optimize and perfect student administration system,comprehensively use multiple student administration methods to realize diverse management.
