The existing problems and strategies in the college level specialty schools "Two classes" teaching appraisal

By appraising the two classes teaching,we can take value judgment to a teacher's teaching quality accurately,scientifically and promptly and examine the teacher's actual accomplishments objectively.We can also discover the teacher's existing teaching problems,and give prompt revision,so as to strengthen two classes scientific teaching style,and the standardized management,which unceasingly enhance the teaching quality.The paper analyzes the existing problems in the teaching appraisal to the higher vocational colleges and initially gives some strategies to them.
