Balance Study of Water Quantity and Water Quality in Low Flow River

In accordance with unbalance flow river,the water quantity balance model and the balance model of water quantity and quality,which suited the actual design conditions more,were proposed.And then the parameters of responding relation between the source and the object as well as the certain transport effect in river were defined.On the basis of the balance model of water quantity and quality,the calculating method for self purification environmental capacity in river was given.This model and method has been put into practice and test with extensive application.
