Present State and Problems on Implementation of Professional Qualification Certificate System in Hunan Vocational Colleges and Schools and Its Solutions

This article aims to analyze the status of vocational qualification certificate system and the existing problems in Hunan.Combined with the present relation of the teaching reform of vocational schools and vocational qualification certificate system,it offers several countermeasures of the implementation of professional qualification certificate system in vocational colleges and schools.The article highlights the establishment of vocational education to the vocational qualification certificate system in the fusion of the teaching management system.Namely:building a competency-based curriculum,carrying out teaching activities according to the requirements of capacity-based instruction,establishing the evaluation criteria according to the national occupational standards and so on.
