Abstract
Objective To investigate the metastatic factors of lymph node in radical surgery of cervix carcinoma. Methods Retrospective analysis of the related factors of lymph nodes metastasis in 135 cases of radical hysterectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy. Results Clinical stage, pathological grade, myometrial invation, tumour size, growth type and age are closely related to the metastasis of lymph nodes and no significant difference was found between squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. Conclusions The lated stage, worse in pathological grade, myometrial invation 1/3, tumour diameter ≥3cm, endophytic type and age ≤40 are the risk factors of lymph node metastasis in cervical carcinoma.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
