Process technologies of sulfur and high sulfur crude oil

The properties of Russia crude oil and Venezuela crude oil,the process route and new technical characteristics of the first 5.5 Mt/a domestic atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit for processing Russia crude oil are introduced.To counter the properties of Russia crude oil and the design features of the unit,the existing problems in operation and the taken countermeasures and proposals are analyzed and discussed,such as the adaptability of the unit for processing Russia crude oil and recovery of the light hydrocarbon,etc.At the same time,the running status of the 3.5 Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit mixing high sulfur Venezuela crude oil and the secondary process unit are analyzed.This provides good reference for refinery inland to process Russia crude oil and Venezuela crude oil in large scale.
