Abstract
Based on the principle of volume constancy during rolling process,using DEFORM FEM software,the forming processes of long neck flange with different blank shapes were simulated.The influence rules of blank shape on roll forming of long neck flange were analyzed.Through this study,the right blank shape for forming long neck flange was obtained.The research conclusions can provide scientific basis for forming long neck flange.
