Abstract
Balsam pear has many beneficial functions including blood sugar-reduction,anti-oxidation,anti-bacterium,anti-can-cer and weight-losing.In the article,the use of balsam pear is described in candy products,drinks,liquors,lozenges,bean curd,ice cream,and so on,which is expected to provide some references for the development and use of balsam pear in the future.
