WenDan Tonga Taste Combined Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Hypertensive Disease Combined Hyperuricemia Random Parallel Control Study

[Objective] To observe WenDan tonga taste combined western medicine in the treatment of hypertensive disease combined hyperuricemia curative effect.[Methods]Randomized controlled 62 inpatients and outpatients by random number table is divided into two groups,both groups will urge its low-salt,low-purine diet,and a patient and meticulous healthy lifestyle education.Control group of 30 patients amlodipine besylate tablets 5mg / 1 times / d,orally.Treatment group of 32 patients Wendan decoction(Chenpi 10g,Fulin 10g,Fabanxia 10g,Zhishi 10g,Zhuru 10g,Zhigancao 6g,Shengjiang 6g,Jujube 2,Sshenqu 10g,Laifuzi 10g,Sharen 10g,Caojueming 10g,Zexie 10g,Xiangfu 10g),Sooner or later each time western medicine with the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks for a course of treatment.Observing clinical symptoms,blood pressure levels,serum UA,urine routine,blood,liver and kidney function,adverse reactions.Consecutive 3 course of treatment(12 weeks) to determine efficacy.[Results]Treatment group,10 cases markedly effective in 14 cases,8 cases,the total effective rate of 75.00%.Control group,six cases markedly effective in 8 cases,16 cases ineffective,the total effective rate of 46.67%.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P0.05).The two groups of Chinese medicine symptom scores improved(P0.05),the treatment group than the control group(P0.05).The existence of significant differences(P0.05) between the two groups of blood pressure reduction in the level of serum uric acid decreased.[Conclusion]WenDan tonga taste combined western medicine in the treatment of hypertensive disease combined hyperuricemia curative effect satisfied,can effectively reduce blood pressure and serum uric acid level.
