Abstract
IN718 Ni-based alloy was prepared by selective laser melting forming with DYLM-200 metallic powder. Results indicate that the surface quality and density of forming components are directly affected by the selective laser melting parameters. The IN718 Ni-based alloy components with comprehensive properties were prepared by the optimized process parameter.
