Abstract

In ArcGIS platform,we used Excel to process numbers of subcompartments in mapping of forest resource survey at the second category.This method,Excel combined with ArcGIS,realized the automatic numbering of subcompartments,with the characteristics of accuracy,quickness and high efficiency,and overcome the disadvantages of traditional method of subcompartment numbering.
