Abstract
Taking a control net of urban road in Guiyang for example, this paper transformed the Guiyang City Independent Coordinates System into Beijing 54 Coordinate System by three different means of plane transformation(direct parameter transformation, similar transformation and approximation by polynomial transformation). Comparing with the result of control net, the paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages three different means of plane transformation, and summarized some experience of coordinate transformation between city independent coordinates system and national coordinate system.
