Abstract

In order to increase the pump efficiency of pumping wells,after analyzing the influence factors on liquid-gas separation efficiency,principles of decreasing liquid sedimentation velocity and increasing of liquid-gas separation efficiency in the liquid-gas separator with Multi-cup and isoflowrate,the flow equations and the design methods are given.According to statistical data,the average pump efficiency was increased by more than 25%.
