Abstract
Through analyzing site earthquake responses,it has been found that the influence of the same site on earthquake ground may vary as the intensity of the earthquake ground motion changes.In current Chinese standard of seismic design, the design response spectra are the same under different intensities of the earthquake ground motion. The influence of the earthquake ground motion intensity on spectrum shape of the same site is not considered.
