Abstract
We studied some features of 9 clinical strains isolated from chicken. The tests included three parts.Firstly, clinical strains were identified with Vitek-32 automatic microbe system;secondly, they were detected for beta-lactamases and extended-spectrum beta-lactamases;thirdly,the minimum inhibitory concentrations of different anbimicrobial agents against above 9 strains were determined. The studied results show that 1 strain is Salmonella and 8 strains are Escherichia coli among 9 strains.Nine strains all produce beta-lactamases,and only 1 among 9 strains produces extended-spectrum beta-lactamase.Nine strains were differently resistant to tested antimicrobials, but beta-lactam antibiotics associating with inhibitors or multi-antibiotics can reduce resistance.
