Abstract

The paper summarized the research progress on Medicago sativa silage technology all over the world. M. sativa silage additive and its research fields was discussed. M. sativa silage technology on the low moisture was rather practical. M. sativa silage by LAB additives would be mainly developed in the future. The round bale silage of M. sativa by plastic film package would have a properly extension and appliance perspective in the productive practices.
