Abstract

The Three Representatives emphasize the true essence of historical materialism, which is to emancipate and promote social productive force and realize public prosperity through reformation and opening up. The Three Representatives are a highly generalized outline of the endeavoring process of the Chinese Communist Party, opening up a new ground for the evolvement of our Party's guiding ideology. The Three Representatives, arising against the new historical conditions, dwell on certain theoretical and realistic issues, which have a great impact on the socialist modernization drive.
