Abstract
Combining with many years of work experience,this paper summarized the road base and pavement construction technology elements of highway engineering,and put forward the quality control measures of highway engineering,in order to ensure the project quality of highway engineering,avoid the engineering accidents caused by construction technical problems or quality problems.
