Abstract
The working principle and function of ultrasonic treatment in electroplating is discussed in this paper.Also,the research status of metal coating,alloy coating and composite coatings prepared by ultrasonic plating is reviewed.At last,the prospect of ultrasonic plating technology is predicted and some problems in this technology that do need to be dissolved are proposed.
