Predicament and Countermeasure of "Order-Mode" Training Pattern for Higher Vocational Education

Abstract

Starting from the connotation of order training,it analyzes the problems in the training pattern of order-mode,and puts forward measures.It should change the present talents' training mode in higher vocational colleges,and support enterprises to conduct talents' training of order-mode from policy.It should fully play the accelerating role of industry association for the cooperation of colleges and enterprises.It establishes early warning monitor mechanism of order training,then gets out of predicament to perfect training pattern of order-mode,making it more effective.
