Problems and Countermeasures to China's Poverty Alleviation and Development in Rural Area from the Aspect of Great Poverty Alleviation

In the new period, significant changes have taken place in the theme, the main body and the methods of rural poverty alleviation and development in China,meanwhile,new problems are also emerging,re- poverty might strike if the problems are not dealt with properly. Under the perspective of great poverty alleviation,comprehensive analysis of the status and problems is made,the idea of multiple governance is put forward to establish multi- sectoral,multi- agent cooperation mechanism,to transform government function,to protect the rights of the participation of objects for poverty alleviation, to develop industry for poverty alleviation,to form supervision mechanism between different departments and subjects so that the goal of common prosperity in poverty- stricken areas can be achieved.
