Abstract

Objective To study the early lung cancer diagnosis rate. Methods Through 162 cases, the data were collected and studied of the clinical characteristic, the X-ray and the CT phantom analysis, the pathology cytology inspection, the textile fiber bronchoscope inspection, brushes examination and selection biopsy. Results 162 lung cancer cases were misdiagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis before admitted to hospital. In the hospital, the X-ray,CT the phantom and the pathology inspection were carried out in the diagnosis. The diagnosis of lung cancer, were then confirmed delay the diagnosis and the treatment. Conclusion The reasons for the diagnosis include the atypical X-ray and CT shadows, and lack of knowledge. The other reasons are delayed bacteriology and cytology inspection.
