EVOLUTION PROCESS AND DEVELOPMENT TREND OF URBAN REGION OF CHANGCHUN CITY

Changchun city is provincial capital with rapid development in recent decays,and has special background of history in forming of urban region. This paper probes into the law of the development of Changchun urban region from its development characteristics of urban region in different historical period in the viewpiont of analyzing its geographical location,human environment,fundamental conditions of the development of modern industry and its special position in contemporary history of China. The paper tries to give accurate and strategic judgement for the development trend of its urban region in the future,and lay a foundation on the construction of Jilin urban system whose core is Changchun city.
