Abstract
This paper briefly reviews the present conditions and defects of existing production function of scientific knowledge.Then analyzes the connection and distinction between scientific knowledge and scientific document.On the basis of it,we pose a production function of scientific knowledge,which is relative simplification,however more persuasive.
