Abstract
Grassland accounts for 25% in the world land,40% in China land and 16% in Jilin land. It has the green barrierfor ecological environment as well as the important parts of ecological agriculture and ecological environment benefiteconomy. As for the above functions of grassland, the paper discussed in detail on the functions of grassland in ecologicalprovince construction in Jilin.
