Identification and Growth Promoting Effect of Eight Bacteria Isolated from Plant Rhizosphere

Abstract

Eight bacterium isolated from plant rhizosphere showed significant plant promoting effect.Results by gramstain,physiological and biochemical tests showed that they all belonged to bacillus.By using L16(2)15 orthogonal array,a plant pot experiment was designed and the plant growth promoting effect of bacterium mixture was analyzed.It was found that both of strains and the interactions of some strains showed significantly influence on dry weight of vegetables tested.
