Abstract
Objective:To investigate the incidence rate,the incidence composition and treatment of gynecologic acute abdomen.Methods:227 cases of acute abdomen from 1998 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among 227 cases of the acute abdomen,ectopic pregnancy(68.7%),acute pelvic inflammatory(13.7%)and ovarian rupture(10.6%)composed the 93.0% of all patients;misdiagnosed in 17 cases(7.5%);186 cases(81.9%)underwent surgical treatment,41cases(18.1%)accepted conservative treatment,all patients discharged without deaths.Conclusion:The incidence rate of gynecologic acute abdomens showed a trend of growth.to prevent misdiagnosis,it need ask in detail about patient history and comprehensive analyze the symptoms and test results.
