Abstract
This paper studies the development of SOPC technique and its relative techniques.The advantages of SOPC are described briefly.This paper introduces the design principle that the selection of appropriate hardware or software implementation method can increase the efficiency of the design according to the features and design constraint of various modules of system.Based on the SOPC platform of Altera Company and combined with practical engineering application,this paper proposes the general design flow of hardware-software co-design and discusses a convenient and practical hardware-software co-design method.
