Abstract
The volatile oil of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort was prepared by supercritical fluid extraction.The average yield is 6.64%.The quantitative analyses of 16 chemical compounds were conducted by capillary GC method.The recovery ranges from 83.82% to 96.74%.Good reproducibility was obtained with RSD ranging from 1.68% to 4.18%.The results of the experiment showed that the analytical method is rapid,simple and accurate.It is suitable for analysis of chemical compounds of volatile oil in Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort.
