To further improve the level of hospital medical insurance management and protect the vital interests of patients,providing convenient and considerate service for the insured should be the priority of the current hospital medical insurance management work.This article analyzed the problems in current hospital medical insurance management and put forward specific countermeasures.The management system for medical insurance and relating regulations should be optimized and resonable award and punishment policies should be made.Propaganda and trainings about medical insurance policy need to be strengthened.Mechanism of process monitor should be established and there should be more interation and communication with higher authorities.By solving problems,more standard and finer management of medical insurance in hospital can then be achieved.
