Abstract
Two extrusion dies,single-hole extrusion die and two-hole extrusion die,for molding the zinc alloy watchband chain section material were developed.The comparison result of numerical simulation and practical experiments for the two dies indicate that the temperature rise in the section material is nearly the same,and the difference of biggest extruding force is little;with the increase of extrusion speed,the temperature rises visibly and the biggest extruding force builds up.When the two-hole die is adopted,the extrusion process is more stable and effective.
