The Effect of Different Concentration of Selenium on the Quality of Hydroponic Chinese Chive

Abstract
The paper studied the effect of different concentration of selenium on the quality of hydroponic Chinese chive under the water quality in the territory of our province,through hydroponic Chinese chive and take a fully randomized design.Six of the selenium concertrations were compared,results showed that after adding an appropriate concentration of selenium(≤0.10 mg·L-1),the nitrate content has been reduced by 37%,Vc content increasede by 54%,reducing sugar content increased by 60% and chlorophyll content increased by 39% and a marked improvement was made in the quality of Chinese chives.
