Abstract

Along with the social development,people pay more and more attention to the knowledge innovation,at the same time,the awareness of intellectual property protection is also improved rapidly.The patent and patent documentation,being as the main vehicle for the knowledge innovation,have become a top priority of intellectual property protection.A country's innovation capability,scientific and technological level and market competitiveness can be reflected from the information of patent application and patent authorization.Our country is a up-rising star in economic and technological development,the quantity and quality of its patent are being improved rapidly.In this context,this paper makes the statistical analysis on the information of patent application and patent authorization in China by using the database of China's State Intellectual Property Office and quantitative analysis method,makes the time-phased evaluation on China's patent development,and forecasts the future trends of China's patent activity.
