Abstract
Objective:To investigate early diagnosis of obstetrical disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC).Methods:A retrospective analysis of obstetrical DIC treatment was based on 9 DIC cases from January 2000 to September 2003 in our department.Results:0.17% was the DIC rate in total parturient of the same duration. The inducing factors included hemorrhagic shock, amniotic fluid embolism, eclampsia, and pregnant acute fatty liver.Among the 9 cases, seven cases were cured and two patients died. Conclusions:Most obstetrical acute DIC occur in postpartum, especially for those with complication. The diagnosis depends on inducing factors, clinic manifestations and laboratory examinations.
