The effective mechanism in enhancing the information industry competitiveness of The United States,Japan and India

Information technology which is represented by microelectronics,computers,communications and networking technology has become fastest-growing,the strongest permeability and most widely applied key technology.The development of technology and industries,has become competition focus of world science,technology,economic,military and even political,become a contest of comprehensive national strength.Since 1950s,the industry of United States has developed rapidly from small to large scale especially after late 1980s,in which revolution marked by computer and Internet made industry become a strategic pillar industry instead of auto industry.That did not only create the new economy which is rare in western economic history,but also strengthen its military,cultural and political forces.Since 1970s,the central topic of Japan's industrial policy has been developing industry as a strategic industry.In mid-1980s,the Indian government adopted a series of policies and measures to support development of software industry,made it now become world secondary software export country and known as the world software factory and information technology superpower.
