Abstract
The mechanization and automation status of domestic and international workover wellhead operation equipments are analyzed,and the application status and limitation of them are introduced.Based on workover wellhead operation process and actual situation,the key technologies to realize the mechanization of wellhead operations are summarized.According to the present situation of workover services in our country,it is considered that the workover wellhead operation mechanized and automated equipments should be developed on the basis of the full use of the existing workover equipment and reference from the mechanized technology of drilling wellhead operations.Also,the equipments should support the use of snubbing unit,easy shifting and transporting,convenient assembly and disassembly,and simple control so that higher operational efficiency and safety,lower labor intensity,and environmental requirements can be obtained.
