Abstract
Adopting optimum control and scientific management of ecoenvironment is very important to protecting ecoenvironment against disruption and promoting the coordinated growth of soceconomy system and ecoenvironment system and building a harmonious relationship between human behavior and natural world, especially in the arid land, western China. According to the ecoenvironmental characteristics of arid land in western China, from the conclusions of former study, introduces the theory framework of ecoenvironmental control, and puts forward several control models, that is, Water Main Model (including Dispose Water Model and Save Water Model), Protect Model (including Protect Water Model, Protect Soil Model and Protect Ecoenvironment Model), Develop Model (including Special Develop Model and Comprehensive Develop Model), Coordinate Model (including Region Coordinate Model and River Basin Coordinate Model). In the end,it takes Tarim river basin in Western China as a case, and introduces the uses of ecoenvironmental control models put forward by the authors. It provides several good models and examples for ecoenvironmental control in arid land.
