Discussing the feature and the function of the political culture

Political culture is the complicated synthesis of feeling and cognition to politics and the moral convention that formed in the society in which people lived. The features of the political culture are distinct from material culture and institutional culture while political culture is of the function in which it can maintain and safeguard the regular operating of the political system. This thesis ex- pounds the fundamental feature and function of the political culture from three aspects, such as the feature of model, structure and stability, and the function to maintain the regular operating of the political system, to standardize and to lead the practice of the members of the society, to orientate the developmental direction of the social politics. Therefore, the political culture provides the significance for people to understand and the possible developmental course of politics, promising and form while the political culture makes a difference to the stability of nation and social development.
