Abstract
Through analyzing the actual situation of English writing of China's college students and comparing thought pattern of English-speaking people with that of Chinese people,this paper discusses the influence which the different thought patterns of English-speaking people and Chinese people exert on their text models.After analyzing the causes of producing the differences,this paper suggests constructing writing schemata that accord with thinking habit of English-speaking people by changing students' thinking ways and enhancing their text sense so that students' English textual ability can be increased and their errors can be avoided in English writing.
