Discussion on the Meaning and the Tactic of Teacher's Reflection

Teacher reflection has its deep meaning,but not everyone knows all of its meaning.So trying to find all of its meaning and to discuss it systematically is the main task of the article.With the deepening of the research,reflection can be understood from its three angles such as past,present and future,three levels such as recalling,rationality and reflective,and four standards such as effectiveness,specialty,situational,responsibility.According to this,three tactics of teacher's reflection are formed.
