Authorized by the National People's Congress,in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region the courts' Interpretation of Hong Kong Basic Law is non-inherent nature,subordinate,passivity and limited in interpretative sphere,besides its nature,the main effect and the main body differ from the mainland courts' judicial interpretation.
