Kinematic Analysis on Taking off Technique of Chinese Female Long Jumpers

This paper,taking the present outstanding female long jump athletes in our country as the research scope,analyzes the related kinematics parameter which was obtained in the competition through the movement picture analysis system so as to find out the difference between our athletes and the world top athletes,therefore it may provide basis for female long jump training.It concludes that the technique of our female long jump athletes' taking off is mature,but the cushion technique is to be enhanced,thus taking off needs more time than that of the world top athletes.
