Abstract

Based on the theory of the Mindlin’s thick plate, the finite element method is used to establish the pile group-platform of 3-D finite element model, the coordination condition of the pile group-platform has been analyzed under the vertical loads by the having complied the programs, the stiffness of the platform increase and strengthen the adjust function of the friction pile group on the basement of the counter force, the same can enhance the maximum load-bearing capacity of the pile. In the same pile diameter, loading, distance of piles,as the length of the pile increase, the settlement of the pile group will be reduced. As the distance of piles in the group piles increase, the single pile settlement curve has become flat, the curve is no obvious damage to the inflection point. The stability of the whole pile group is enhanced. In the 3 diameters or 6 diameters of the distance of piles, the group pile foundation to bear the load at all is not evenly distributed in the pile group. The load-sharing of the angle piles are the biggest, the side piles are the next best, and the medium piles are the smallest.
