The Confucianism is aboundant in extensive and profound knowledge and of long standing. It is human -oriented and emphasizes affection, and it advocates benevolence and righteousness, morality and justice, courtesy and honesty, which is concerned with any individual's cultivating his morality and social regulations. Introducing Confucianism into college students' ideological education has become a striking feature of humanistic education. This article expounds some positive factors of Confucianism and their effects on college students'ideology, hoping to combine traditional ideology with modern virtues in the education.
