Abstract
Objective:To explore the rescuing experience for severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(SAOPP).Methods:56 patients with SAOPP rescued in our hospital from January 2006 to January 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:Among all rescued patients, there were 54 cases of cure and 2 cases of death,in which 1 elderly patient with coronary heart disease,COPD and lung infection died of multiple organs failure and another case was cardiac sudden death. The hospitalization duration was 8~15 d,average(9.85±1.14)d.All patients had no any sequela except 1 case of delayed nerve injury. Conclusion:Paying more attention to the application of gastrolavage and catharsis, reasonable application of atropine and reactivation agent and emphasizing comprehensive treatment can effectively improve the success rate of rescuing the patients.
