20 Cases of Traumatic Diaphragmatic Rupture Diagnosis and Treatment

Objective:To report 20 cases of traumatic diaphragmatic rupture and diaphragmatic hernia diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The hospital treated 20 cases of traumatic diaphragmatic rupture were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All Of 20 patients with open wounds in 7 cases,blunt injury in 13 cases,17 cases with diaphragmatic hernia,X-ray examination was positive in 10 cases the performance of routine chest CT examination 6 were positive in 16 cases of preoperative diagnosis,intraoperative diagnosis 4 cases were cured in 19 cases(95%),1 patient died(5%).Conclusions:X ray and CT examination is diagnosis of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia diaphragmatic rupture and the main basis for thoraco-abdominal injuries should be wary of traumatic diaphragmatic injury,pay attention to the reasons for injuries,position,and the direction of external force,early diagnosis and timely surgery is improve the cure rate,the key to reducing mortality.
