Abstract

By application of the culture technique of plant tissues, the study was conducted on culture cell of Salvia miltiorrhiza and its soluable active principle-Rosmarinic Acid. The results showed that ①Rosmarinic Acid is contained in culture cell of Salvia miltiorrhiza ;② 2,4 - D possesses the promoting function to induce the wound-healing tissue of Salvia miltiorrhiza; ③B5 culture medium is helpful for growth of the wound-healing tissue of Salvia miltiorrhiza and KH2PO4 is greatly influential to growth of suspended culture cell of Salvia miltiorrhiza and ④the most suitable concentration of sucrose for growth of culture cell of Salvia miltiorrhiza is 3% and is 5% for formation of Rosmarinic Acid .
