Abstract
There are some misunderstandings to the definition of ownership in enumerating its powers and functions: to regard ownership as a simple mixture of its powers and functions;to consider the subject of ownership as the subject which comprehensively exercises the general powers and functions or even performs partial powers and functions of ownership;to comprehend the subject of ownership as only including abstract individual natural person. The correct relationship between ownership and ownership system is that ownership is the legal form of ownership system;ownership system determines the characteristic and content of ownership;and ownership stipulates the rights and duties of civil subjects as well as the procedures for realizing ownership.
